It’s back to school time…
Everyone is headed back to school, which means it’s time for our valued members to confirm the student status of their dependent children aged 21 – 25 years old. Student status is defined as being a full-time student duly registered in a post-secondary educational institution.
If your child is NOT going back to school, please advise us as this could impact your coverage status.
What’s required to be covered?
To ensure your dependent child is covered you must acquire an official document from their post-secondary institution (on their letterhead) that clearly states your child’s name, that they are a full-time student and the time frame (i.e. 2020-2021) in which they are enrolled. If you’d like to see a sample letter for reference, please click here.
How do I submit my proof of enrollment?
It’s simple, all you need to do is complete the form here (on the right) with your information and attach a proof of enrollment letter. Doing this will ensure your dependent child has benefit coverage for their academic year.
